
All you need is:
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 packages seitan
2 habanero peppers, seeded and minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 cups cooked white rice
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
10 flour tortillas
1 bottle barbecue sauce

How to make:
Take a large saucepan heat oil,add green onions, bell pepper,saute yellow onion, garlic and habanero, let onion become translucent.Then add black beans and tomatoes along with seitan,heat properly. Take a medium sized bowl, after that combine the heated mixture with cilantro,1 cup barbecue sauce and cooked rice.
Place tortillas on flat surface,fill its center with 3/4 cup of filling , wrap it properly. Coat the dish's bottom (cassarole dish)) with barbecue sauce, Place burritos in dish and add more barbecue sauce on top of them, then bake it in a preheated 350 degrees Foven for 35 minutes.
