10 minute Zesty Salsa

If there is a family get together or any party and you want to try something new and impress every one then there is a wonderful idea for you, why don't you try something different this time, it is very yummy 10 minute Zesty Salsa very fast to cook and good to eat gives you a perfect delight as the name reflects it will going to take your ten minutes and you will get a tasty dish that will really make your mood and day.

Zesty Salsa

All you need is:

1 tablespoon of seeded and chopped jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon of minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon of chopped red onion
1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies should be undrained
Tortilla chips
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Dash salt
1 garlic clove, minced

Procedure :
Take a small bowl mix all the stuff that is jalapeno, cilantro, tomatoes, onion, salt, oil and pepper. Then refrigerate untill you serve it . Add Tortilla chips and serve it.

Quick and Crunchy Taco Mexican Salad

Ingredients:

2 cups Tomato finely chopped
1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
1 cup Mission Tortilla Chips crumbled properly
1/4 cup Green Onions finely chopped
12 oz. Ground Beef
2 cups Red and Green Bell Peppers finely chopped
2 cups bottled Pace Salsa or Picante Sauce
1/4 cup fresh Cilantro properly chopped
4 cups Iceberg Lettuce chopped

Quick and Crunchy Taco Mexican Salad


Method:

Take a non stick pan and on over medium flame cook bee and bell pepper until beef is browned, stir to crumble. Add salsa to it and bring it to a boil. Stir in cilantro.

Place 1 cup lettuce on each of 4 plates. Top with 1 cup meat mixture. Sprinkle each serving with 1/2 cup tomato, 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup chips, and 1 tbsp onions. Quick and Crunchy Taco Mexican Salad is ready to serve in just 20 minutes....
