Beef 'n' Black Bean Soup

This delicious recipe is very hit at family parties. Beef 'n' Black Bean Soup is a starter a Mexican recipe that is very fat to cook and goo to eat so try this and feel th perfect delight. It is made with garlic, onions, dried black beans, ham bone, red bell pepper along with the seasonings like cumin, cayenne, lemon juice, and others.

Beef 'n' Black Bean Soup
All you need:

* 1 pound ground beef

* 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained

* 2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth

* 2 garlic cloves, minced

* 3 medium carrots, thinly sliced

* 1 tablespoon sugar

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil

* 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

* 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained

* 1 1/2 cups cooked rice8 green onions, thinly sliced

* 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

* 8 green onions, thinly sliced

* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

* 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced

How to prepare:

* Take a skillet on medium heat cook beef.

* Dont make it pink the drain after that shift it to a slow cooker.

* Add next 12 ingredients, cook for 1 hour and cover.

* Make the heat low.

* Cook for 4- 5 min,let the vegetables get tender.

* Put rice and beans cook 1 hour longer.

* Enjoy!

Beef Caldo with Spinach

Very nutritious and mouth watering recipe well it is called 'caldo.', it gives a very deep and rich flavour, such a delighting flavour to give you a wonderful flavour so if you are in the mood to try something new then switch to Beef Caldo with Spinach.

Beef Caldo with Spinach
All you need:

* 1 pound of beef round, thinly sliced then cut into 1 inch pieces

* 6 roma of tomatoes, chopped

* vegetable oil for browning

* 1 medium onion, diced

* 2 cups of tomato puree

* 1/2 cups of red wine

* 4 new potatoes, quartered

* 3 cloves of garlic, minced

* 1 can beef broth

* 1 bunch fresh spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces

* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano


How to make:

* Take a medium skillet heat oil on medium heat, cook and stir the meat and make it well browned, then shift the stuff to a large stock pot.

* The fat that has remained from the meat, use it to cook onions when it becomes light brown add tomatoes.

* Keep cooking it continuously let the tomato water get evaporated, after that transfer it o the stock pot.

* Take another skillet,make the potatoes brown in some oil,add these potatoes to meat with tomato puree.

* Add spinach, garlic, oregano and red wine, to cover meat and vegetables add meat and broth and boil it.

* Make the heat and cook for one hour.

* Serve and enjoy.
