1 (16 ounce)of can refried beans
2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 (1 pound) package of Bob Evans Original Roll Sausage
1 (1.25 ounce) package of taco seasoning mix
1 large tomato, should be diced
1 (16 ounce) container of sour cream
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 (4.5 ounce) can of chopped green chilies
1 (6 ounce) can of sliced black olives
tortilla chips
1 (11 ounce) of jar salsa
Procedure:
Take a large skillet and over medium heat, crumble sausage and cook it until it gets brown colour. Then add chillies, taco seasoning mix and beans to have more taste. Now spread the mix of sausage into 7 x 11 serving dish. Its time to top it with sour cream then salsa. Now add olives and tomato on the top. Cover it with cheese.
