Albondigas

For a perfect delight and a new flavour here is very easy Mexican recipe, if you want to try something new and tasty then this is wonderful recipe which is delicious and tempting, it includes the blend of potatoes and carrots , u can have more taste by adding meatball and salsa this the requirement for delicious soup, very easy to cook and good to eat. Just follow these easy steps all you need is:

Albondigas

* 4 carrots should be sliced
* 2 small potatoes properly peeled and diced
* 1 quart water
* 1 medium onion should be diced
* 1 1/2 cups of salsa, medium or hot
* 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
* 2 beef bouillon cubes
* 1/3 cup of seasoned dry bread crumbs
* chopped fresh cilantro
* 1/3 cup milk


Procedure:
Take a large stock pot add water, potatoes, onion, salsa, carrots along with bouillon cubes let it boil, let it boil for 10 min, make the heat medium and stir occasionally.

Now mix the milk, beef and breadcrumbs all together in a bowl, make 1-inch meatballs and drop into boiling broth.When it boils make heat medium low.

Then cover and cook it for 20 min, make sure the meat balls should be pink from center and the vegetables are tender. For garnishing serve with sprinkled cilantro.
