Mexican Beef Enchiladas

Well everyone wants change in his life and when it comes to flavour then we don't want to do any compromises, here is another flavour that has come to temp you ! yes get ready with a recipe that has directly come from Mexican kitchen its name is Mexican Beef Enchiladas, so try this and add new taste to your daily routine stuff.

Mexican Beef Enchiladas

Al you need is :

For Meat Filling :

1. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2. 1 tablespoon vinegar
3. 1 tablespoon chili powder
4. 1 pound ground chuck
5. 2 teaspoons salt
6. 1 tablespoon tequila, cognac or water
7. 1 (1 pound) can kidney beans, undrained


Mexican Beef EnchiladasFor Tomato Sauce :

* 1 tablespoon vinegar
* Dash of pepper
* Dash ground cumin
* 1 clove garlic, very finely chopped
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 1 beef bouillon cube
* 2 tablespoons finely chopped canned green chillies
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3 tablespoons salad oil
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans tomato puree
* 1 cup water


For Enchiladas :

* Monterey jack cheese
* 10 corn tortillas
* 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese or 1 cup cubed


Procedure:

Take a medium skillet on low heat saute chuck with 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon vinegar,chili powder, 2 teaspoons salt and the tequila, make the Chuck brown, stir in kidney beans.This is the way you prepare meat filling.

Take hot skillet saute garlic and onion make them gold, remove from heat, add flour, tomato puree,bouillon cube dissolved in boiling water and , vinegar,.This is the way you prepare tomato sauce,now boil it on medium heat.

Now add chillies ,pepper,cumin,salt uncovered it and stir for about 5 min. To make Enchiladas, Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, fill the 1/3 filling n center of each tortilla, roll it up.On baking dish 13 x 9 x 1-inch,arrange them seam side down.Add tomato sauce sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 minutes.

Now make 10 small, 5 large servings. Enjoy!
