Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Well if you are in a mood of cooking something different and wants to have some different taste, then there is a very good idea for you yes you can go for Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie, this recipe has just directly arrived from Mexican Kitchen, to make your day, it really smells good and taste is wonderful, so if you want to have some mexican taste just go for this tempting recipe.

Sopapilla Cheesecake

All you need:
1 cup of white sugar
2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
2 cans of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 teaspoon of Mexican vanilla extract
3/4 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup honey

Procedure:
Start with preheating the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Make a 9x13 inch baking dish along with cooking spray.
Now beat the cream cheese, take 1 cup of sugar along with the vanilla extract make it smooth.
The cans of crescent roll dough would be unroll, make a shape of 9x13 inch rectangles using rolling pins.
Press one piece into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In the baking dish spread the cream cheese mixture evenly, after that cover it with the remaining piece of crescent dough.
No stir butter, 3/4 cup of sugar and cinnamon.
Donot mix it over the top of cheesecake.
Its time to bake the crescent dough and make it golden brown, around 30 min.
No remove from oven and spread honey over it.
Let it cool and make 12 squares.
