All you need:
* 1 cup Fresh Strawberries sliced
* 1 Frozen sliced Strawberries in syrup
* 8 Mission Light or Fat Free Flour Tortillas
* 2 cups Fat free Cottage Cheese
* 4 Strawberries sliced
* 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Peach slices, chopped
* 1 Kiwi peeled and cut into 8 slices
How to make:
* Thaw the strawberries that are frozen along with puree in a blender and make it smooth, store it in a fridge.
* With 1/4 cup cottage cheese spread each tortilla, place two table spoons each of sliced strawberries along with chopped peaches on a cottage cheese.
* Then Spoon 1 tablespoon of strawberry sauce on each tortilla..
* Its time to spoon an additional tablespoon of sauce onto each serving plate, then roll it up properly place seam side down on serving plate,with the rest of the strawberry sauce top each tortilla, then garnish it with strawberries and sliced kiwi.
