Veracruz Red Snapper

Very fast to cook and good to eat yes there is an ultimate recipe from the Mexicans kitchen yes very tempting and delicious Veracruz Red Snapper. So just try a very wonderful recipe for a change of pace. Just add rice and extra sauce. And this recipe is surely going to make your day, so for a change of your flavour and mod just go for this mouth watering recipe. it serves four people:

Veracruz Red Snapper
All you need:
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 Tbsp of fresh lime juice
  • 1-1/2 tsp of oregano, dried and crushed
  • 2 dried bay leaves
  • 3/4 cup of olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • tomato sauce
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 6oz red snapper fillets
Procedure:
  • Start with preparing marinade by blending lime juice, bay leaves,salt and pepper , garlic and oregano together, keep the fish in large baking dish.
  • Pour the prepared marinade over.
  • Cover it and marinate about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Make oven preheat to 350 degrees.
  • Take out fillets from marinade and keep it in another large baking dish.
  • Bake bout 15 min, tn keep on basting occasionally with tomato sauce.
  • Now place fillets on a platter, with warmed tomato sauce cover it.
  • you can have an extra sauce on side with rice.
