And this recipe is surely going to make your day, so for a change of your flavour and mod just go for this mouth watering recipe. it serves four people:

Veracruz Red Snapper
All you need:
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 Tbsp of fresh lime juice
  • 1-1/2 tsp of oregano, dried and crushed
  • 2 dried bay leaves
  • 3/4 cup of olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • tomato sauce
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 6oz red snapper fillets
Procedure:
  • Start with preparing marinade by blending lime juice, bay leaves,salt and pepper , garlic and oregano together, keep the fish in large baking dish.
  • Pour the prepared marinade over.
  • Cover it and marinate about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Make oven preheat to 350 degrees.
  • Take out fillets from marinade and keep it in another large baking dish.
  • Bake bout 15 min, tn keep on basting occasionally with tomato sauce.
  • Now place fillets on a platter, with warmed tomato sauce cover it.
  • you can have an extra sauce on side with rice.

* 2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth

* 2 garlic cloves, minced

* 3 medium carrots, thinly sliced

* 1 tablespoon sugar

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil

* 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

* 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained

* 1 1/2 cups cooked rice8 green onions, thinly sliced

* 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

* 8 green onions, thinly sliced

* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

* 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced

How to prepare:

* Take a skillet on medium heat cook beef.

* Dont make it pink the drain after that shift it to a slow cooker.

* Add next 12 ingredients, cook for 1 hour and cover.

* Make the heat low.

* Cook for 4- 5 min,let the vegetables get tender.

* Put rice and beans cook 1 hour longer.

Strawberry Breakfast Crepes
All you need:

* 1 cup Fresh Strawberries sliced

* 1 Frozen sliced Strawberries in syrup

* 8 Mission Light or Fat Free Flour Tortillas

* 2 cups Fat free Cottage Cheese

* 4 Strawberries sliced

* 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Peach slices, chopped

* 1 Kiwi peeled and cut into 8 slices

How to make:

* Thaw the strawberries that are frozen along with puree in a blender and make it smooth, store it in a fridge.

* With 1/4 cup cottage cheese spread each tortilla, place two table spoons each of sliced strawberries along with chopped peaches on a cottage cheese.

* 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped

* 1 bell pepper (red or orange), seeded and chopped

* sliced, pickled jalapenos\

* salt and pepper to taste

* 1 cup refried beans, homemade or canned

* 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder

* 8 corn tortillas

* 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese


Nopalitos Tacos
How to make:

* Start with preparing fresh nopales , and if you are using fresh cactus cut the leaves into strips (nopalitos) .

* Just boil it for ten minutes.

* Heat the vegetable oil add nopalitos, potato,onion along with bell paper cook it for about 5-10 min.

* Then put spices like salt, pepper, jalapenos let the mixture warm.

* In the meantime heat refried beans , then heat tortillas over open flame and wrap it in the Kitchen towel.

* Better use bamboo steamer .

* Then assemble tacos, start with placing about 2 tablespoons of refried beans on tortilla.

* Then top it up with another vegetable mixture.

* Top it up with shredded cheese.

* 2 cups of tomato puree

* 1/2 cups of red wine

* 4 new potatoes, quartered

* 3 cloves of garlic, minced

* 1 can beef broth

* 1 bunch fresh spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces

Black Bean Burritos
All you need is:
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
5 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 packages seitan
2 habanero peppers, seeded and minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 cups cooked white rice
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
10 flour tortillas
1 bottle barbecue sauce


Barbeque Seitan
How to make:

Take a large saucepan heat oil,add green onions, bell pepper,saute yellow onion, garlic and habanero, let onion become translucent.Then add black beans and tomatoes along with seitan,heat properly. Take a medium sized bowl, after that combine the heated mixture with cilantro,1 cup barbecue sauce and cooked rice.
Place tortillas on flat surface,fill its center with 3/4 cup of filling , wrap it properly. Coat the dish's bottom (cassarole dish)) with barbecue sauce, Place burritos in dish and add more barbecue sauce on top of them, then bake it in a preheated 350 degrees Foven for 35 minutes.
